I bought my first car from here about a month ago and it’s been amazing! Izzy was exceptional help. When we arrived she came out in the freezing and snowing weather to help my family and I. She was so caring, from bringing extra chairs and offering water, and checking on the progress of my car several times. She was very well informed and answered all of our questions, and the first car I looked at was the one. She kept great conversation and went above and beyond for us. I am truly grateful for Izzy making the experience so smooth and negotiated. My car has been wonderful and I have been impressed with the cleanliness and features since the start. Thank you again!

I found a great CR-V for a good price! Tevin did a great job helping me find something in my price range and getting everything settled for me. Thayer did a great job fixing up any small issues before I got there, and had a long list of things they changed and checked on before selling the vehicle to make sure it was reliable!

The financing leg was also better than we were expecting. Justus Smith worked hard to get a great loan at a fantastic rate for my daughter, we even had the rate drop a little further during underwriting which was a welcome surprise. All in all, I can't recommend the professionals Thayer enough. I live in Toledo and will be driving past Brown Honda and White Honda to get to Thayer Honda for my next car purchase.
