I even called him on his day off and he carried on a conversation with me while he was cleaning his kitchen. Had I known it was his day off I would have NEVER called. Next, Let go to Financing. Josh that takes care of all of the financing was AMAZING! I applied to be pre approved on the website (so easy) and was contacted the next day by Josh to tell me I was approved. after 2 days Anthony had found the rare vehicle I was looking for in Sidney, OH. He sent a driver down to get it and told me to come in the next day! Upon arriving at Thayer, I noticed my car out front as clean as could be and with a FULL TANK of gas! I was greeted upon getting out of my car and brought inside. I met Josh who had EVERYTHING all ready for me and explained everything to me. From start to finish I was in there maybe 10-12 minutes. NEVER have I had such a wonderful and stress free experience purchasing a car!
