He walked me through the available features on the Jeep I was considering and addressed the questions that I had. I wanted to pick up the Jeep later that day and Brian had all the preparation and paperwork completed for me. He then went through assisting in setting up the UConnect system to my preferences. I visited the dealership to trade in my 2017 Honda Civic and was interested in leasing or financing a brand-new Jeep Compass or Wrangler, depending on what fit my financial situation and approval. Sales consultant Kyle Lenhart did an excellent job explaining all the details and arranging test drives for each vehicle. He was very pleasant, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. In the end, I was able to move forward with a brand-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler, and I’m very happy with my decision.

Amazing experience! A month ago I came to Thayer looking to trade in my Jeep for an upgrade. I was very specific on things I wanted in the Jeep, and price range. Ben Bailey told me he would keep an eye out for me and he over exceeded my expectations. He found me my perfect 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. But not only did he stop there! He knew I was extremely OCD and wanted my (new to me) car spotless. And WOW. My new car looks like it just came out of the factory brand new and perfect! The whole experience from the start to ending was seamless. And Ben stayed in communication with me, worked with my schedule and did amazing! Will be back whenever I buy another car or for any service and assistance!
I was very excited to work with Thayer. After a lot of back and forth with the bank and with a co-signer I got a 2021 Dodge Ram. A week later, the first time I drove with the bed cover off my bed liner flew out of the bed of the truck. It was just someone’s older liner set in my bed. This was very deceiving and when I asked what Thayer would do Brian said he would get back to me and never did. The next day Brian started calling me non stop telling me I had to come in for some paperwork. Long story short, Thayer and Brian lied to me or to the bank. After signing a contract they threatened me with repossession if I didn’t immediately agree to much worse terms. They took advantage of me and how much I liked my new truck. I asked the to give me a new bed liner or running boards to help offset the price of their mistake and they refused. Avoid Brian, the sales manager and all of the Thayer “Family” Dealerships
