THE WORST dealership I’ve ever seen. The service department is horrible MIRANDA in the service department is terrible. My boyfriend car been in the shop 4 months NO UPDATES. Call to try to contact the lady she always on break called for 2 hours for them to always say she on break. Suppose to let us know when a loaner car became available STILL NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT A LOANER. Had to go find numbers to the body shop OURSELF. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anybody & if you have to deal with Miranda good luck getting ahold of her when she on “lunch break” half the day.

What started out as a difficult challenge in buying a car turned into a very positive buying experience thanks to Ryan and Chris at Thayer Honda. They worked with me to get the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with better terms than I thought were possible.
