Amazing experience! A month ago I came to Thayer looking to trade in my Jeep for an upgrade. I was very specific on things I wanted in the Jeep, and price range. Ben Bailey told me he would keep an eye out for me and he over exceeded my expectations. He found me my perfect 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. But not only did he stop there! He knew I was extremely OCD and wanted my (new to me) car spotless. And WOW. My new car looks like it just came out of the factory brand new and perfect! The whole experience from the start to ending was seamless. And Ben stayed in communication with me, worked with my schedule and did amazing! Will be back whenever I buy another car or for any service and assistance!

I visited the dealership to trade in my 2017 Honda Civic and was interested in leasing or financing a brand-new Jeep Compass or Wrangler, depending on what fit my financial situation and approval. Sales consultant Kyle Lenhart did an excellent job explaining all the details and arranging test drives for each vehicle. He was very pleasant, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. In the end, I was able to move forward with a brand-new 2025 Jeep Wrangler, and I’m very happy with my decision.

Ben Bailey at Thayer is the BEST in the business, hands down. Incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He worked with us on our trade in and got us the best price possible. Could not recommend him enough!

Leasing a 2021 Chevy Equinox and very pleased with the vehicle. Took in for first service. Was completed in a timely manner. My only two complaints! No snacks and no longer offer the FREE vacuum out of vehicle.

Wanted to thank Cindy for reaching out to me about the difficulty I was having with my vehicle service. She was able to get a one time good will fix from GM to fix a part in our vehicle. She was very kind and understanding of the situation. We had purchased the car in February and the warranty was 8 days out of service from when this happened. I’m am thankful they reached out and were able to make things right and took the time to care about what was going on. Thank you so much to Cindy and the service team!

Staff is very friendly and communicative. Tricia is always pleasant and notifies the customer of the vehicle needs, pricing, and estimated completion in a very professional manner. Brian, ther Service Manager, always greets customers warmly with a smile. I waited for my vehicle and it was completed lightning fast. I would recommend the service department over any other in the area. Oil change and tire rotation in the service department.

They wouldn't hold a truck for me after I called and said I would buy it. And then told me that if I would beat the other guy back they would sell it to me as he was going to get the money! I will never buy a vehicle from them!!?

The service writers take good care of you and the techs do a great job.

Body shop was very helpful through the entire process of getting our vehicle repaired after an accident. Would highly recommend them for your body repair needs.

I have a brand new 2023 Traverse that we are extremely pleased with. Was in for a oil change, tire rotation etc. the people always treat us well and have had no service issues.
