Chris Douglas welcomed us on the lot and did a great job listening to our needs and showing used cars that were in line with what we wanted. His laid back and no-pressure approach was very welcome. The financing leg was also better than we were expecting. Justus Smith worked hard to get a great loan at a fantastic rate for my daughter, we even had the rate drop a little further during underwriting which was a welcome surprise. All in all, I can't recommend the professionals Thayer enough. I live in Toledo and will be driving past Brown Honda and White Honda to get to Thayer Honda for my next car purchase.

I came in looking for my first new car in seventeen years with a firm idea on looking for a CRV. Brayden took EXCELLENT care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car as we talked about it and then during the test drive as well. He made me feel extremely comfortable while filling out all the paperwork as well!
