I don't even know where to start with this dealership you're not getting sold a car by a conveyor belt you're getting sold a car by a family. I have been coming to the dealership for 8 years now I've bought eight cars and I have been treated fabulously every time. Francis is very patient understanding and works diligently to bring the deal home. Donovan is also a fabulous sales manager I cannot say enough good things about this dealership when you walk in they know you by name they ask about your family they treat you like you're human and not just another sale.

Francis is great I've got 8 cars off him! Francis knows his cars! He is also so helpful when getting to know your new car! He also goes out of his way to get the deal done! Great job Francis, Donovan and the Thayer family! It's like family! Donovan puts great deal together!

We bought a 2026 Rav 4 AWD VLE today through Thayer Toyota and the Costco Vehicle Purchase Program. Rick Osborn handled the deal start to finish and was so great to work with. Very transparent and accomadating. The finance guy was also great to work with and explained everything so well. We had to drive from Michigan to do the deal because no local dealers would do the Costco deal on this hotselling vehicle! Thanks Thayer for making this a great stress free experience for us!

First time customer came here for an oil change I have Toyota care on my 24 Toyota Corolla it's a work vehicle. And they tried to charge me $60 for a cabin air filter that was part of the routine maintenance of the Toyota Care plan I explain that to the service advisor and they were adamant about it wasn't Just had my oil change done at another Toyota dealership and it was replaced as well as my air filter with the Toyota Care plan. Dishonest business practices like this lose customers!

This was a smart move on my part by doing business with these guys they are 100% professional no funny business no razzle-dazzle answers completely 100% square business.

I reviewed Thayer Toyota in Bowling Green three years ago as having great customer service. I decided that after three more years of excellence, I needed to revisit and update my review. I want to mention the apparent competence of the unseen and thus unidentified mechanics who've done excellent work over the years on my automobile (that is now a senior citizen like me), but I especially want to praise the front-line guys with whom I speak to make my appointment and who discuss with me and coordinate my car's inspection and work to be performed. Tom and Brian are among the nicest people I do business with, and I actually enjoy our interactions. I wouldn't consider taking my car anywhere else for service, and it's due to the phenomenal customer service delivered by a great staff. Had another phenomenal service performed January 15, 2025! After a battery failure, Brian worked me into a full schedule, fully honored my battery's warranty, and did so in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Best dealership and staff in my many decades of Toyota ownership! Have to add another great review for the exceptional care and service provided by Cindy when I was again stranded with a dead car and needed towing service to the dealership April 8, 2026. She even volunteered to drive me home! Car got fixed in record time and with the service and attention that I always seem to get at this dealership.

On the morning of April 2, 2026, our 2025 Toyota RAV4 hybrid the “Check Engine” light went on when we started our car. We had driven from Chicago to Bowling Green the previous day and were returning to Chicago. We called Thayer Toyota to ask what we should do, and we were advised to bring the car in to be checked. Despite being shorthanded that morning, the Service Department was able to resolve the problem and test drive the car to make sure that the light did not come back on. As a result, we were able to leave for Chicago right around the time we had planned to. The staff at Thayer Toyota were friendly and helpful, and their service was excellent. It’s obviously distressing to have car issues while traveling, but in our case we were fortunate. We highly recommend Thayer Toyota. The service we received was exceptional.

I bought a used vehicle and I am very happy about the purchase. They asked me after my purchase if I was happy with my purchase and they asked me more than once because used cars are well…used. I haven’t had any issues with my vehicle and they were very professional. I highly recommend them.
