I don't even know where to start with this dealership you're not getting sold a car by a conveyor belt you're getting sold a car by a family. I have been coming to the dealership for 8 years now I've bought eight cars and I have been treated fabulously every time. Francis is very patient understanding and works diligently to bring the deal home. Donovan is also a fabulous sales manager I cannot say enough good things about this dealership when you walk in they know you by name they ask about your family they treat you like you're human and not just another sale.

We bought a 2026 Rav 4 AWD VLE today through Thayer Toyota and the Costco Vehicle Purchase Program. Rick Osborn handled the deal start to finish and was so great to work with. Very transparent and accomadating. The finance guy was also great to work with and explained everything so well. We had to drive from Michigan to do the deal because no local dealers would do the Costco deal on this hotselling vehicle! Thanks Thayer for making this a great stress free experience for us!

First time customer came here for an oil change I have Toyota care on my 24 Toyota Corolla it's a work vehicle. And they tried to charge me $60 for a cabin air filter that was part of the routine maintenance of the Toyota Care plan I explain that to the service advisor and they were adamant about it wasn't Just had my oil change done at another Toyota dealership and it was replaced as well as my air filter with the Toyota Care plan. Dishonest business practices like this lose customers!
